Terms of Service for Barebones

Governance and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") regulate your use of the Barebones website and govern all transactions you conduct within this digital platform. By accessing or ordering through Barebones, you accept these Terms in full.

Permitted Use and Prohibited Actions

When using Barebones' site, you must comply with all applicable laws and respect the platform's operational integrity. The following are strictly prohibited:

Accessing restricted areas of the website without proper authorization.
Disrupting, overloading, or compromising website security or performance.
Uploading or distributing malicious software such as viruses or ransomware.
Copying, reproducing, reselling, or exploiting any proprietary content without prior written permission.
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive acts related to your use of the platform or orders.

Product Information and Orders

Barebones strives to provide accurate product details, including pricing, stock availability, descriptions, and images. Nevertheless, errors can occur. Order placement represents your offer to purchase, and Barebones must explicitly accept your order for it to be binding.

Barebones reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Pricing errors or discrepancies
Insufficient stock
Payment complications
Suspected fraud or security concerns

Typically, order processing takes between 1-3 business days. After processing, deliveries are estimated to arrive within 7-12 business days. Shipping fees are calculated and disclosed at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you must submit your return request within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and unaltered
In original packaging

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate a return, please contact Barebones at noahoyegi@gmail.com for return authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, you must notify Barebones within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after this timeframe may not be possible if order processing has started.

Intellectual Property

All materials on the Barebones website, including text, graphics, trademarks, code, and site layout, are owned exclusively by Barebones or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

The Barebones platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties. Barebones disclaims all statutory warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Barebones does not guarantee uninterrupted access or flawless operation.
